Does anyone have photos of the following "similar" cars in PRR dress? Baggage/Dormitory car and the 56 Seat Coach Bill, The photos I've seen are in the book "Illustrated Treasury of Budd Railway Passenger Cars". The coaches are numbered in the 1500 (Congressional) and 4000 series. The Congressional was completely Budd built in the early 1950s. Some of the 4000 series were painted tuscan(?) while others were left natural stainless steel. I'm sure there must be other books and web-sites where photos are available, I'm just not aware of them.
