How many times have you hosted "non train friends" who looked at your favorite scene, locomotive or boxcar and said, "How Cute". It drives you crazy. Now I can say that my UP Turbines look massive, powerful and dymnamic, My string of A-B-B-A F-3's in the Northern Pacific freight black with yellow stripes look purposeful, powerful and sleek. My GN Orange and Green F's look elegant and complement the fall foilage as they glide through the wooded areas of the layout. My long string of ore cars look.... well Freud might have some words as they glide and undulate throught the curves of the River Valley. Today, I received my River Raisin Zephyr's. They are a engineering wonder, amazing attention to detail, the lighting look fantastic and they glide effortlessly up the Rumansoda Valley. Next to the Turbine they look..... well smaller, next to the F units they look, shiney and sleek and there is a c word that comes to mind to describe them. If the wheel spacing wasn't correct, you would think they might be HO next to the Turbine but they are accurate and they are a wonderful model of the pioneer of streaamline passenger operation. Well done Dan and Jim, now if you could help me with the correct discriptive word.
