Hi Stan. Don't know, but what about buying trucks with AF wheelsets, then sell the wheelsets back to the AF/Hi-rail guys? I assume the only difference in the trucks is just the wheelsets. Let me/us know if you find any without wheelsets - I'm looking for some to experiment with p-64 wheels from NWSL. Barry.
