It probably would be better to use the RS-3 trucks as the axle spacing is 
closer.  Some of the H-16-44's did have the Alco B style trucks, though the C 
Line type sideframes would be more appropriate.  My guess is that these have 
never been available in S yet, though I hope I am wrong.

The H-16-44 would be a cool addition to S.  Then a CFA-16-44 and maybe out of 
that a CPA-16-54...hmm.
