More thoughts after looking at the Trainmaster, this isn't that good of a place to start, both ends of the unit are high on the TM where as the H's have a high end on the short hood and a normal or lower end platform on the long hood end, the side walkway needs to be dropped behind the cab and then all the doors need to be extended and the vent sections on the end of the long hood need to be changed greatly. The way the sides and the walkways are you are going to have to rebuild the lower side and the walkway, sort of in mid air, well not really but close.
A unit with the FM feel could be made, but if the end result was to be a H 15 44 or 16 44 this would be a real up hill battle.
