I am still not clear who is spearheading this project? As mentioned by Ed L. and others, for this project to get off the ground, it will need a project coordinator. And no, this SP modeler is not interested in the job. On a related note, a question was asked about the years these cars were built (or re-built depending on which version) and I missed the answer - or maybe it was unanswered. Finally, are S scale decals available for these cars? If these cars traveled all over the country as one message stated, then I am sure the ol' Espee had one or two on its rails so I am thinking about ordering a couple.
