Stan,  I have had some problems with the Pacific Rail trucks where the 
length of the axles seems to be a little short as John as sold many of 
his cars with SHS wheels.    The wheels spin freely, but the car can 
also set crooked depending on where the taper of the axle rests on the 
taper of the bearing area.  I think most of the problems are corrected 
by using NWSL wheels.
