In my business we have a customer service lady, Helen Waite. Any complaints - go to Helen Waite! I haven't counted the unbuilt kits I still have, nor those half or more or less started. But like Bill I don't think there is enough time to complete them all before I go to Heaven (or that unmentionable other address). But there's always eBay for my heirs to sell them...
