I should have noticed when the information came through the list that the sale at Des Plaines is only for hi-rail tank cars. Now I have built three of the kit tank cars from Des Plaines, but I do not know enough about the built-up cars. I model in S scale and would like to buy a few additional cars, even if in hi-rail. I do not know about these cars and whether changing wheel sets or couplers is a normal procedure or too difficult. Can anyone advise here? Tom
