Are we (as a group) familiar with this source for 1:64 semi-tractors and
trailers, shown on the website with some fancy finishes?

Over the weekend I picked up 3 45-foot trailers, painted red, and with a
single rear door that hinged at the top. The boxes are labeled Kenworth
K100E, the box says they were made for Spec Cast Inc., Dyersville, Iowa,
which means Ertl, or some branch thereof. Being licensed by PACCAR, Inc.,
Bellevue, WA, is also referred to. Scale seems right, but they are sure
heavy-all metal die cast.
