Dear Roy,
I actually have several pieces of my Martian drive-in. Remember the
Martians in Pixar's Toy Story? I have one from Burger King that is about four
inches tall. He will be standing beside the road waving at the people. The
café itself will be round with spaces pointing at it. I have Doc Brown, Marty
McFly, and the Delorian for one side of the café. I have other 1950s cars for
the other side. As this module is for my layout and not fully NASG compliant,
the trains run BEHIND the drive-in. Thus, if I had a N&W Y6b, I could create
an O. Winston Link type view when the Y6b roars past.
Additional excitement is added by Miller Engineering blinking signs which
will read "Martian Burgers -- They're out of this world!" Although the cars
will not be moving, there will be lots of flashing and chasing lights.

Having too much fun dreaming,
Thorin

Wow, what a great idea for a layout module!
I like that better than my "green persons on top of the UFO cafe" idea.
Cheers :)
Roy
