Jack...(and others).... I don't know about a fire or have any information of that nature. But the address, etc. is as follows: Mr. Ladd Houda Prototype "S" Parts 1608 Cottagewood Drive Brandon, FL 33510 The last email address I had was: [EMAIL PROTECTED] The last price list I saw from him showed perhaps 25 or 30 different items mixed between underbody details and interior seats of all kinds for S scale. The coach seats I have appear to be molded plastic of some kind and are somewhat "plain Jane" due to being on the inside where folks cannot see the detail anyway. Going from memory, which is sometimes fallible, I seem to remember a couple of types of coach seats (with and without a center divider on the back rest portion), parlor chairs, tables, and so forth. I do know Ladd travels from time to time and is sometimes slow on answering his mail. He also goes with his wife to antique flea markets on the weekends and that cuts into his time availability for producing S scale parts. But I got a big bunch of stuff from him about a year or so ago. Quality is very decent, but not quite exquisite. Also, Bill Wade knows Ladd and so perhaps Bill can explain about fires, etc. if that is still a factor in the availability of these products. Cheers...Ed L.
