I think I read Denver once had a 3½ ft gauge traction line.  World-wide, in
additon to the above, there is or was 3½ ft gaige track in parts of
Australia, and the entire railroads (such as they are or were) of
Newfoundland (discontinued) Japan (all but the high-speed bullet trains),
and Taiwan.
