Happy Thanksgiving to all!! :) And would just like to pass along a couple of ideas that have I have put into practice whilst trying to recover from a herniated disc. I have been doing photography for a living for nearly 50 years, and have seen lots of changes of course. The most dramatic has been the massive switch to digital. As a consequence, most of the artifacts of the old world technology of photograph continue to be dumped on the market. At least a couple of things I am finding quite useful: -Print developing trays of various sizes to work on and hold parts of everything from locos to rolling stock to trees, etc. I found a set of 8x10 inch trays for .25 at a local garage sale. The old photo store sells them for a buck a piece. -Ferrotype tins, formerly used for achieving a gloss on prints, can be had for $5.00 or so. These are great for building structures, because they are steel, flat, come in various sizes. I use mine with magnets to keep building sides square. Cheers :) Roy I nman
