Off topic, but....,

Speaking of Iowa State (as in University), went to "Sausage School" 
there this past summer (officially the Iowa State Short Course in 
Processed Meats) - lots and lots of UP traffic through town.  Also, 
on July 19th they imploded two 10 story concrete residence halls.  
Took a field trip to see the implosion - way cool!  First time I've 
seen demolition with explosives, an event to be felt as well as 
seen!  I have a CD (.mpg) of the event but lack the computer 
knowledge to share it on the bits and bytes universe.

As far as 'dumbing down', well..., you probably don't want to hear my 
opinion on that one...
