Hi Chuck. Why not try a wide spaced nylon mesh all around where you need
it - simulating chain link fence? It wouldn't obscure the trains, and
would catch anything that went flying. You could say it was a highway
protector, or landslide protector, or things falling off the cliff
protector. Barry.
