Alex- A July 1990 article in RMC "Pennsy's Truc-Train F39A" It has a photo of the flat with the hitches removed and the car painted yellow. It shows a well weathered, near black, wood floor on either side of the center steel deck plates. The wood has a very pronounced yellow overspray from the repaint job.
