Gents...If'n it is a track cleaning fluid you are seeking, I would suggest LPS-1 which is a relay contact cleaner which is "plastic friendly" and leaves a thin conductive film after drying. It works great at cleaning off the gunk and then leaving a conductive film on both the wheels and track which promotes really good electrical contact.
