Howdy Friends,
Another friend of mine just sent me a photograph of a gondola. He took it a
day or two ago in Southeastern Michigan. It has fresh marks: "NYC 578895".
Does anyone know if Conrail is painting some of the cars with older
reporting marks? Has it been common practice? Is it something new?
I love to hear train gossip.
