I asked Vic Roseman about funny girl and here is what he reported.....
Dear Don:
All the scenes in Funny Girl that were supposed to be Baltimore in which they
showed trains was in Jersey City. There are ticket office scenes in which you
can see a red and white sign which is also Jersey City in the main waiting
room. A scene where Barbara is falling up the stairs is on the main staircase
ditto. For some reason they didn't want to jazz up the concourse and so they
filmed a couple of brief scenes at Hoboken! Go figure it.

also has some scenes at the CNJ terminal, I think this time with real B&O
trains in it- I don't recall for sure. I once knew but that was before I got
old and decrepit. Also no one asked me about that for the last 30 years.
