"Katrina" flooding in New Orleans.

A rebuild update: Last weekend, a work session was conducted. The framework
was finished and track/turnouts layed on the first module to be rebuilt. Next,
electrical and scenery will be done. Four more modules to complete this year.
Also, I have begun construction on a structure kit (freight shed).
CCSG got hit hard, but we will come back, stronger than before "Katrina" (like
