Well, I guess this must be a non-issue for folks because I did not
get any answers.
So here is what I did in case anyone cares. As you may know, the
frame holes do not line up with screws on one side. So I carefully
lengthened the holes on one side with a file.
The screws I used were 2-56 x 1/4". A bottoming tap was used to
thread the holes.
With the screws in place, the shell fits more snuggly over the frame
which reduces the unsightly gap between the shell and coupler pad.
Since the screw heads are visible, I will need to paint them black.
