So what you are telling us is that it is okay for 20, or so, members of a
club to share but not for members of the NASG?  I'm not sure I see any
difference.

Now, does anyone what to share their tools with me?  NO?  Is this not a tool
that just happens to be a little expensive?  How about someone buying  the
necessary units and then sell them to the next guy "down the line"?  This
gives you a good return on your money, and keeps lowering the price until
some of us poorer members can afford to buy it.
