Folks....Is there a turnout out there looking for a good home? I have a
good home to offer for the above subject turnout. As you might
remember, a couple of years ago Kelvin White, of Oxford fame, marketed
some nicely made turnouts. I bought several and have liked them very
much. Unfortunately, a trackwork expert just came over and redesigned
my yard for me. How could I be so lucky....??? Anyway, as a result, I
now have an extra LH turnout (surplus) and need a RH turnout. So I was
thinking...(which could be dangerous)...that someone out there might
have a #8 RH turnout (White Oaks only, please) and that perhaps they
could accept my surplus LH turnout in trade. Or, if needed, I could
part with some hard earned cash if that would make a difference. So the
mighty NYC is begging for help if there is a kind soul out there with
the right stuff. Now just to put the minds of the anti-sharing crowd at
ease, I have contacted Kelvin directly as well as his exclusive USA
distributor/dealer (aka Tom Hawley) and they both have none left. These
turnouts are now vintage history. Thus, this
sharing/swapping/selling/etc. arrangement will not financially harm
anyone. Thought you'd want to know that. Thanks a bunch...Ed L.
