In my experience (over 49 yrs in business) SHS Customer Service is  difficult 
to beat in ANY business or industry.  
Try dealing with an American utility or TV cable company.  Local  electric 
boys (PPL) came out recently, declared they were not reponsible  for power 
failure and left, second crew found CORRECT power feeds to building  (and the 
problem), only took 3 days to get the power back on.
