Hi All,
I am very sorry to say that I have had to cancel the brass building clinic
due to a break down in my etching process. I reported this possiblilty two
weeks ago to the organizers but tried to overcome it. The people that I
have used for the last 5 years to generate negatives directly from CAD files
for etching decided to discontinue this service. This was a very quick
process that only took two days to get the new ethings in my hands.
I tried for a week and a half to come up with someone else who could do it
locally and quickly but to no avail. So, I could not get the etching done
that was necessary for the workshop.
I am very sorry and embarassed about this as I did do a lot of prep work for
the clinic. Eventually I will get a new system set up even if I have to do
the UK route.
I am certain that those of you who have prepaid to the Convention committee
will get a full refund from them.
