Hi Folks,
I would like to take this opportunity to say how nice it was to meet
so many of you people the past few days. Doing the registrations, I
have seen your names and now I can associate a face to them! Of
course, with all that was going on, and the sheer volume of people, it
taxes a sometimes failing memory! It also was nice seeing old
aquaintances again.
I hope everyone had a good time. I know that in spite of all the work
involved, it was good for us SMSG members too. There are still a few
loose ends to tie up for us, and then it will finally be over.
The Baltimore guys seem to have a great event planned for all of us,
and I am really looking forward to going to a convention and actually
kicking back a bit! If any of you Baltimore guys need hand or a few
words of advise, don't hesitate to contact us. We already talked with
some of you guys, and it looks like you have a good team already. We
got a lot of help from previous convention hosts, and there's always
the NASG Convention guidebook, which is one great resource.
All of the events of the past few days have only reinforced my opinion
that S gaugers are some of the best folks anywhere!
