Robyn,  I don't know under what conditions you purchased that kit, but I 
would think that you deserve the entire kit.  Most of those parts are 
unique to that series of kits and can't be found easily.  When I sell on 
e-bay I check the best I can to make sure someone can actually build the 
kit--imagine that.  I would ask for my money back.
