Thanks to all who helped me with my question concerning the conversion of
the Bachmann On30 cars to S. It does sound pretty simple.
Just BTW, our KC S Gaugers club is participating in the Irish Fest Labor Day
weekend at Crown Center (an urban shopping mall/offices/apartments complex)
in KC. Our layout will be part of the Kansas City Southern's exhibit which
tells the tale of the Irish and the railroads. It will be an excellent
opportunity to showcase S to a wider audience, and a large audience at that.
I plan to convert several B-Mann On30 cars to run on that layout, which is a
sorta-kinda 1890's~1900's era theme.
