Pacific Rail Shops was owned by John Verser, and it was sold to Des Plaines
Hobbies. Felix Verser was the proprietor of Sleepy Hollow Models, and it
was not sold to any body. I believe Felix retained the Gold Coast name, but
not totally clear on that.
