Hi Earl, The only problem with the lenz system has been that in the
past lenz didn't offer a radio throttle option( I don't know if this
is still true today, you might want to check their website?). If you
want to use a tethered throttle then lenz is fine especially since it
can be bought from SHS. Any DCC system will run trains, the main
difference is in the range of available components, the price, and the
feel of the throttles....dave
