I rec'd my S-2 kit from John Agnew last week. I've looked over the
simple instructions and parts and see no reason why a really nice model
can't be built buy by paying close attention to the details and joint
fit-up. The weight of the engine will certainly help with electrical
contact and I'm sure I can pull the yard office down the track if so
inclined :-). It took about 5 weeks to get the engine from John. All
of his products are made-to-order, so he sometimes lumps a few orders
together and has his contractor make the mechanisms and/or white metal
parts at one time. Much better value than a $600 brass engine that
won't run!
