Kadee has already done this for some new HO hopper cars that come with 
three (I think, maybe two) different coal loads representing small, 
medium and large sizes/grades of coal.  The loads have a low-center-of-
gravity metal weight built in so that, when loaded, the cars are 
significantly heavier than when empty.  Again, those HO dollars speak 
loudest and it is a first for the hobby.  But is it a first we really 
care about?  Not me, but someone must.  Cheers...Ed L.
