What was the RSD-7? Did Alco Models actually consider a newer high-hood
body, or did Alco, the loco builder, try to cram a 251-block into an RSD-5?
"Diesel Spotters Guide" does not list them, goes up only to RSD-5 the goes
to high-hood RS-11, as in the Overland Models unit.
