Hi Crew:
Was looking at the "S"tuff I have "posed" in the 12th St. Yard area of the
upcoming layout. As I stood and stared, I got to thinking how nice a Frisco
GP7 (resplendant in the original black w/yellow safety stripes) would look
in S scale.
Curious: How does the AM GP9 mechanism perform? Is it as smooth and slow
as the SHS SW series? I think I recall there being an aftermarket GP7 body
shell available that fits the AM GP9 mechanism?
Any impressions/opinions on the AM GP9 you would be willing to share?
