Hello, all!
Just to show how difficult it is to classify 'S' layouts, years ago I
replaced old prototype trolley track (girder rail with its own
flangeway). It was 9" high, which is code 141 in 'S'. The replacement
girder rail that's produced today is only 7" high--or code 109 in 'S'.
Very high, but to scale ;-)
So let's all enjoy whatever it is we like about 'S' and not worry about
the details.
