Hi All,
There is a pretty nifty gauge that I just recently picked up that is for
HOn3. It is made out of a rectangular slab of plastic with the correct
grooves machined in. What is really neat about this one is that there are
half-hole indentations along the edges that allow for spiking/soldering.
So, the track is held in gauge on both sides of the attachment.
Pretty slick!
To be honest, I don't remember the product line. It was not Micro
Engineering but something like it.
IMHO, if you want an S scale gauge, that is the way to go, having tried the
3 point jobs.
Now...why HOn3???
Perhaps, I will leave it a bit of a mystery, but I am still using it for S.
cheers,
Andy Malette
