The manufacturer is THINFilm Decals, P.O. Box 70323, Pasadena, CA

The manufacturer is tied into the Original Whistle Stop in Pasadena.
These decals are supposedly carried by the larger West Coast Hobby
Stores, but I have never seen these until I visited the Whistle Stop
on a recent trip to LA.
The set I purchased is HO 168 SP Large Steam pre 1947 White
Lettering. The largest decals on the set are almost a perfect match
for S scale maybe ½ a scale inch to big (or was that small I can't
remember).
