'S' folk,
Having ridden out a typhoon on Guam and an ice storm or two here in
Arkansas,I can understand the problems that Dick, Roger, Eric, and
others in the Seattle area have faced. There is nothing like losing
your electrical power to make you appreciate it that much more.
One upside is that it is easier to view the constellations in the
night sky when there are no street lights, etc to interfere.
I am thankful that no one was injured and the damage was relatively
minor.
