Hi Bill,

Happy New Year.

If I am not mistaken, the 2-8-0 you have is the result of a Lehigh Valley 
kit which was based on what Don said.  

I actually have a mint in the box unbuilt one which was one of my first 
acquisitions when I went back into S.  I also have the instructions if you 
need a copy.  I bought it from a Vancouver B.C. Hobby shop which carried a 
lot of cool S scale items on line.  I was going use the parts to convert it 
to a CNR 2-8-2 but have decided to leave it as a part of S scale history.
