Hey Guys, I've been recommending, and using, "Mod-Podge" by Plaid, for over 15 years.
The stuff is a decoupage glue/sealer, that's been around since that late sixties and is far superior to matte medium in both price, holding ability and retained flexibility. It comes in both matte & gloss versions and the last price sticker from Hobby Lobby for a 16 oz bottle was $5.38 (maybe a couple of years ago). This stuff stays flexible for a loooong, loooong time ( I spilled some about 15 years ago and the blob is still flexible). It's water soluble, and I cut it 50/50, as I live in a very low humidity area. Cut it less if you are in a high humidity area. It is not soluble with hot water for moving like Elmers white glue, but it does come off with a heat gun ( alot easier than pealing up Titebond). I even use this for scenery applications.
