Hi Keith and Keith; For the more tan toned concrete I like Apple Barrel "Antique White" craft paint. Not sure it would be appropriate for a whole building, for that you might look at non-hobby spray paints. I do asphalt raods by painting the base flat black and "misting" with Krylon (I think, need to find the can and check) "Dove Gray". That might work better for a cast concrete building.
