Several years ago I noticed this particular problem and, luckily, had a
round file that was essentially the same diameter as the axles. A few
minutes work with the round file eliminated the binding. Not very
precise, to be sure, but it solved the problem. But maybe it has
happened again? Gotta go check. Ed L.
