Not sure but ATM is Agence de Transport de Montreal, the Montreal commuter
train. So these may be units that ATM has purchased from Amtrak. But then I
haven't heard of ATM adding RAK to its name. will see what is on its
website. If it was one unit, one might suspect a screw up but if several are
done. Your photo was stripped by the way.
