Dear Pete,
    Locomotive Workshop made a brass RS1 kit in the  70s.  It is a bit 
rough, but you might be able to use a AM RS3 drive for power.  They are 
close to correct.  I think the short hood is a bit too short.  I think 
Bob Nicholson made one of these with the Beveridge drive.
