I suspect that Bill has an On3 EBT 3 bay car which has been around a lot longer than Bachmann's EBT 2 bay.
Don's cars look good, although I'd probably look at lowering them on the trucks so the side sill was the same height as the sill on the SHS USRA hopper. They most likely don't match any actual prototype as a standard gauge car, but do provide variety in an early hopper design.
