It is a poured-in-place concrete structure, probably near 100 years old. It sits between the Meat Lockers and.. You guessed it, the Ice House (alley 5). The Meat lockers and Ice house are both brick structures. Having the cold storage placed in the center as the prototype is, makes a nice contrast.
