The PRS steel ice reefer looks to be a pretty good representation of the PFE
R-40-23. Numbers were 46703-48702.
ACF built nos. 46703-47202 and 48203-48702; Pullman built 47703-48202; and
Gen. Amer. built 47203-47702. The PRS car, being labeled ACF, thus represents
46703-47202 and 48203-48702.
