Michael Eldridge is right-- the 100,000 gal capacity comes down to about 40,000 gallons. When going from HO to S not only did the height change (120 to 88 one writer said) but the diameter changed also which means the radius changed likewise.) The volume is a function of the area of cross-section of which involves squaring the radius. Now, do the math--it'll be close to 40,000. Ralph Powell
