Spoke with Mel at some length today. He has experienced about ALL of the problems one person can when undertaking a project like the K-Line conversion to "S". Progress is reportedly being made, a machinist has finally been found ( the SIXTH one, I think he said) to actually start and finish the required machine work. Apparently some units have already been shipped. Joe Haenn will probably have more info when he returns home to his 'puter.
